On the hand out I got from my Dr. It said to eat 20-30 grams of protein b4 10am. I know that breakfast is so important but I have never been good at it. Any simple suggetions? I thought about protein shakes but it would have to be a good one for me to drink it every AM.
2 egg white 1 whole egg scrambled, or made into omelet with cheese and lots of veggies
High protein bread toasted and spread with peanut butter or other nut butter
Cottage cheese with fruit and the above mentioned toast
High protein cereal (We have Kashi brand in the us with 9 grams of protein without including the milk) with lowfat milk or soy milk
Protein bar with one of the above or as a snack after breakfast.
