ok, this has been bothering me for a while now. i used to play a lot of sports a couple of years back and my diet hasnt changed much. since then i stopped playing sports though, and for a while my physique or appearance didnt change. but after maybe a year i notice a huge difference in my face. people have picked up on it alot and said how i've got a fat face nowadays. it bothers me alot and has really knocked my confidence you know? any advice please?
Join the club -- I have a baby face too! I don't think there's any way to lose weight only in your face; it will shrink as your overall body fat goes down. There are some facial exercises that are supposed to make your face more muscled, but I don't know if those really work to get rid of the fat there.
Ok, I'm dying of curiosity. "Chumba"? I asked my husband (who is Argentine) and he doesn't know what you could mean, in relationship to girls or their weight. He said there is a slang word chumba that can mean like a dog barking, but doesn't know what else you might be referring too.
(And if it were some filthy slang and he knew it, he WOULD tell me...he ain't no prude).
You think your face is fat but it could be just bloated. Do a liver cleanse because as thin as you are it shows in your face when you have a sluggish liver. Do you have puffy eyes in the morning. Your liver is not cleaning out your blood properly and is alittle slow. Also do you get a stuffy nose once in a while or a runny post nasal drip problem. These are all signs of having a tiny infection in your face. The symptoms are mild and unnoticable. Such as puffy eyes stuffed nose and allergies. SO clean out your liver and drink more water to dilute the toxins in your blood. If you have a bit of an infection which alot of us do. There is bacteria in every thing we breath and eat its inevitable. Our body naturally dilutes the toxins or bacteria with water retension. Yes even in the face. SO get a check on that. I use this cream in my nose and it takes away my puffy eyes. I also did a liver cleanse and my face is thin again. I love it! Good luck!
Ok, face fat and losing it.
I have actually lost alot in my face as of recent, not that I had alot around my face to start with.
I'll put a brief description of a way that you could do it, but it is hard for some people.
Ok my body type is ectomorph, if you don't know what that is i'll also put a brief description of that here.
Ectomorph - Thin person usually, has a fast metabolism and harder for this body type to gain muscle than the other two body types, which are known at Mesomorph and Endomorph .
Ok, basicly to lose the fat in your face, you can't do one thing to achieve this, there are a number of factors involved, i'll list a few that will help to aid you in your goal.
1) Perform cardiovascular exercises, in simple terms this would be running/jogging, going on an exercise bike, using a rowing machine, stepping machine, tread mill basicly it's any exercise that can help to burn body fat.
20 minutes should be the minimum you perform, but you have to do what feels right for you, if 20 isn't enough do 30 or 45 or an hour, don't over do it or you may end up losing more muscle than actual body fat.
2) Do weight lifting/resistance type exercises, you need to find a routine/program that will fit what your goal is, you can burn fat and build big muscles, but people often say if you want to build big muscles you need to not do so much cardio.
3) You need to sort your diet out, take out alcohol, sweets, fizzy drinks and basicly anything that contains rubbish.
Good foods are things such as tuna, rice cakes, low starchy foods.
I lost a stone in around a week on a high protein, low carb, low carlorie and low fat diet.
You need to work out the right amounts that your body needs though, so don't go and just consume 10g of fat, 50 carbs and whatever else, you need to work it out properly according to your weight and so on.
4) Always consistently drink water, be it tap water or mineral water, at the end of the day it is still water, one way to measure your amounts is to simply buy a liter bottle of mineral water and keep refilling it up after you finish it, minimum should be 4 1 litre bottles.
Water is also according to my research, a powerful fat loss aid.
Remember to try and follow a good diet, not just for fat loss but for your own health, when your old, you may very well depend on your diet and exercise more than you think.
I lost a stone in a week, but I had a strict diet and did cardio everyday, apart from sunday as it was a rest day.
Doing cardio before you eat is said to be the best time, but I do it when I feel most energetic, doesn't matter when you do it or how you do it. only thing that matters is that you do it. Hope this helps in your goal to remove the fat from your face.
I don't think there's any way to lose fat in just your face, but yes, you could be bloated and retaining water and if that's the case, you need to cut out sodium and sugar. But if it's truly just a "chubby face," and you don't want to lose wight overall, you'll have to learn to like having a chubby face. Lily Donaldson and Gemma Ward (models) have them, despite being very slim, and so does Catherine Zeta-Jones. She's well known for her round, chubby face - and her beauty. You couldn't do much better in looks that that! (Unless you are a man.)
Oh i've lost weight on my face by continuously excercising everyday.... for atleast 30mins with a good sweat... cut down on my meals and make them small-- even use a smaller plate.
Also.. drink 6-8 glasses of water helps me alot ..but beware you need to go toilet alot but thats cause your releasing toxins in your body..
Eat fruits and veg.. and all... dont skip meals just cut em down and jogging, i like to go for a jog :) Now i'm skinny and you can see my jawline.
There is really no way to force your body to loose weight in one certain spot. As you loose weight your body will pick and choose where it will loose weight from. At best you can tone certain areas which can give the appearance of having lost weight.
I have also been battling with the baby face my entire life. I am 23, about 110lbs, and have always had it; sometimes it would go away, other times it would come back. It all depends on how well I am treating my body.
You also need to check and see what kind of hormonal medicine you are on. I know for a fact that when I am on birth control, I have a fuller face. There are many different kinds of birth control and all have a different ratio of hormones; some will make you gain weight more than others, and I know that I gain weight in my face first. If I am off the birth control, eating well, and doing regular cardio, I have a completely different face. It's strange, but something I have noticed in the past year or two.
I also notice that I have a puffy face when I go to sleep with dry sinuses.
I also have a disproportionate amount of fat around my face! I have found great tool that is face thin tool it's help to reduce face fat and make face smaller. i also have used this tool from 2 months result really nice now my face look small too.
