Hello everyone, im new to the group.. My biggest problem is the cravings, like i know its not good for me and it will just damage my goals, but when i do avoid it somebody else in the room has and then im stuck with temptations... Any suggestions?
Don't deny your cravings because that will only make it worse. Eat 25-50% of your craving and save the rest for another time... or find a healthier version of what you crave. My weakness is chocolate and also cheese. I still eat then both in moderation and I work off the calories by doing jumping jacks and squats during the day
Try getting a glass of water if you have a craving. Sometimes we feel a craving for a snack when really it is a miscommunication from the brain asking for hydration. A well balanced diet is important for sustenance. When you don't give in to a craving you will get back control then you will feel proud and you will reach your goals. Your goal isn't a hope, it is what you will achieve, absolutely. Don't give up on yourself. :)
