Are you asking whether girls/women care that you are overweight?  I don't know how tall you are - that would make a difference in how you look.

I can't answer for all girls/women.  Personally, I think there are other things more important, to a relationship but there will be some, to whom weight is a huge issue.

The important thing is your health and the way you feel about yourself

When you mentioned your "bad and good calories", where you referring to your cholesterol levels?  If so, it's good that they are okay, but it would be important to look at there they fall in the reference range as well.  If your cholesterol levels are near the top of the range, this could become an issue before too long.

Yes, having high triglycerides is most likely from eating too much fat, particularly, saturated fat.  You could try eating more lean cuts of meat, switch to no fat dairy, etc.  That, along with plenty of fresh fruits and veggies, would help, both in losing some weight and bringing your triglycerides back to normal.

Keep in mind that your body DOES need a certain amount of fat, but you need the "good kind" such as that in olive oil, avocados, nuts, seeds, etc.

Generally, a sensible diet and moderate exercise will help you lose weight.  I would suggest that it would be better for you to get both your weight and triglycerides back to normal, now while you are younger, than to let it go and ultimately have health issues later in life because of it.

We will gladly help you if you'd like.

I don't know what to say about the stretch marks.  I know there are creams, etc that you can buy; however, I've never used them, so can't say if they work or not. Maybe some of your other members can help with that, too.
