Hi I was wondering if anyone had any advice to lose a little weighy and tone my thighs and butt. I quit smoking and it seems iv just gained weight. Im 5'7 and used to weigh 130 and now im 150. Im still in the healthy bracket but id like to be back to my toned confident weight without starving myself. Any suggestions on any quick simple solutions? Thankyou

Yeah iv noticed I gained munch weight from quitting. I did quit with the help of gum lol I kinda am addicted to gum now..

When you decide to quit smoking you eat more because that's what you go to instead of smoking a cigarette. You are better off exercising && eating healthier then break your self from smoking by chewing gum or something along the lines of that to break the habit to get your self even healthier
