Has anyone experienced gnawing hunger at the beginning of the HCG diet?  Please tell me about it?

I am starting my 3rd week of the hcg diet and I also take Phentermine 1 tab a day.  The Phentermine keeps the hunger away all day.  At first I did get a little hungry at night but it was easy to overcome.  I lost 10 lbs the first 2 weeks and I have so much energy.  But more than the weight lose I can tell just by the way my clothes fit that I'm losing inches around my hips and thighs.  I should tell you that I started on the Phentermine for a month before I started the hcg shots.  I take three shots a week along with a low cal diet.  I try to make sure that I get protein which my doctor says is important. But so far it is working.  I'm very pleased with the results.
