Lipotropic Injections - Not seeing results :(

I have been on the b12+b6+lipotropic+AMP shots for two weeks and all I can say is that I lost maybe 1/2 - 1 inch on my waist and no pounds BUT i am also taking 1/2 of a 37.5mg phentermine daily and exercising 4-5 times a week (weights and cardio) so I can't say for sure it's the injections that caused the inch to be lost.  I have read all these amazing stories of people losing 10 pounds or more in the same amount of time.  Any suggestions for me :(
