Lipotropic Injections for Pregnant Women

I am currently 3 months pregnant. Before conception I was taking B12 injections and was interested in lipotropic injections. I am already overweight which is causing me LBP. I want to manage my weight but was curious is it ok to take the Lipotropic injections while I'm pregnant and what effects/side effects it may have on the fetus.
Please help. I really need to loose at least 20 lbs so that I can have a comfortable pregnancy and curve the weight gain associated with pregnancy without damaging my unborn.

I also wanted to add I am 5'5" 230 lbs. I have significant fat around my belly (from previous pregnancies). I want to loose at least 20 lbs to level out the weight I will gain from this pregnancy (3 months). Please help!
