I looked into that center as well. I think they are all about the same but I knew friends who went to Dr. Garcia so I went with the familiar. I'm actually in the Valrico/Lithia area - are you anywhere close to me? Dieting is bad enough but it has to be better if I know someone else is going through the same thing. Also, we can discuss how our diets are similar/different.
I can meet almost anytime too search for my name on the site it is calicofrog then i will give you guys my email address... We could totally get together to exercise. The forums have a lot of people taking phen, but I take Phen D. It is not always 500 calorie diet friendly but I don't always say that, so I don't hear the lectures.
