Do we need good scales or a flat hard floor spot for checking our weight?
I bought my scales several years ago. Walmarts Taylor scales. put a new lithem battery in when I started the Vit B12.
Im so excited about my weight loss. I weigh my self (I call it my offical weight) every Wed morning after urination. Some times I find my self thinking I didnt read it right, or something, so I go back and check again:)
I pull the scales out from the wall and step very carefully onto the scales. This morning 165.6 wheeeeee. I drank about 1/2 cup coffee and couldnt stand it any longer, went back and did it again (scales still in same place) the scales said 167.5...maybe scales are wearing out? Im sorta bummbed now.
