I was on phentermine for weight loss a few years ago. I lost about 25 lbs and gradually gained it all back. In the past year I have been on and off Phentermine to try to maintain the 25lbs I have taken off yet again. I know this is not a safe way to to maintain the weight loss but it just seems I can't keep the weight off without it. Has this happened to anyone else using phentermine? Does anyone know how long you can continuously take Phentermine?

its not safe to take phentermine for to long at all i think around 6 weeks at a time ask the person who prescribed them to you like your doctor.

My doctor said you take them for two months and off I think he said a month or two.
