What food do you eat when taking B-12 shots

Started taking B-12 shots and received the diet program
from the doctors office.  It is not good.  What do you
eat so you can lose weight.  Can not follow this program.

Where is everyone getting the idea that you can lose weight by taking B12 shots?  I think people are getting this confused with HCG shots.  You cannot lose weight by taking B12 shots.  B12 shots may give you more energy or make you feel a little better, but they will not make you lose weight.

that is the point with the b12 to give you energy so you can do more to get the weight off. well that is what it did for me because i needed a bost i was stuck for a week or to and when i got to nyc on my vaction in may my friend told me about this weight loss program i went to se the doctor and he gave me the b12 shot and now i am down 25 lbs in 3 weeks and in total 108 lbs.i need to get rid off 30 to 40 more lbs and i hope to do that by  september.

Maybe some people don't lose weight with the B-12 shot. But
I am down 6 lbs and all I did was the B-12 with eating a good
diet.  It is working for me hopefully it will work for others too.  Good luck with the weight.
