Why do I feel hungry?

by Stucknafatbody, Aug 17, 2006 12:00AM
I am always hungry. I can eat a 16 oz steak and feel hungry in 30 to 45 mins. I  know i'm not i know my tummy is full but it feel's like i'm hungry. If i eat again it goes away and will come back in another 15 to 30 mins. I have tried phentramine (phentermine) and it made my gut's feel like they were eating each other it was not fun. No matter how much water i drink it feel's worse. I thought maybe acid? I'm lost.

I know the feeling. After you eat a meal, try drinking a glass or 2 of water. You may be thinking your hungry when your body is really thirsty. My mom told me this advice years and years ago and I think it really works. Good Luck!
