cleanse or not

Hi guys, I would like to hear from all of you. I have ordered my Clonix but was just curious how much wt each has lost that has done a cleansing and those who haven't.

I think what sweet magnolia meant was how much weight have those that are in phase two lost that have done the cleanse as opposed to those that didn't do one.  If that is what she meant I would like to know the answer to that too!

I remember reading somewhere I can't remember if it was on this site or not that a girl and her mother where both in Phase 2 and she had not done the whole month of cleanse but her mother had. The girl was losing 1/2 lb a day and her mother was losing 1 lb a day.  So I know for sure I am doing Phase 1 as KT states in the book.

I have never done these cleanses.  What products do you use for the Colon Cleanse and the Yeast Cleanse.  I do not havea copy of KT's book.  By the time I get it to Canaa it is costing over $50.00.

Yeast cleanse I am doing is threlac.  Its recomended and the easier one to do reccomended from kevin.  Threir are all kinds of raves about it at candia support online.  I feel alot better. I have tried other yeast cleanses and they weren't pleasant and still had problems.  Threlac or (fivelac-is advanced) is recomended.   The colon cleanse kevin suggest is at natural cures store .com I did one through market america (Colon-liver cleanse).  I do believe their are alot of good ones out their.

I lost 5lb in 4 days doing colon liver cleanse & have continued to drop more doing the yeast cleanse.  I believe its import.  I have had good results and feel better.

their is a online store called    www.naturalcurestores.com  It has all the recomended products.  It is not the same as the natual cures website.  kevin doesn't run the site but rather someone has put all his recomended items conveinant in one spot.  Hope this helps.  I orderd my threlac from ebay store (cheaper & reliable) got product in 4days.

ON the colonix, you have to drink water.  I don't drink enough and my belly does swell up.  I also, cannot drink the tea.  
I have to remind myself if I can't drink the water now, how can the fat flush out when I start my HCG program.... I have a few more days on the Colonix before my product arrives.
