Hi, I've been religiously following the hcG diet along with getting the injections outlined by Dr. Simmeons. A couple of questions for those who have made it through their "minimum of 21 days/max of 45".
1. Did you notice that your "problem areas" were really the ones you lost in? Or was it more of an overall loss?
2. (sorry to get semi-graphic) Did you experience less frequent bowl movements as well as not as good ones when you did go? (After an Oprah health special I learned that an "S" shape is the best. Anything hard, or brokenBroken bone Broken or knocked out tooth up shows constipation of some sort)
What do you mean by the good bowel movements? And the "s" shape. It might be graphic, but I am interested in this as I am looking into a body/colon cleanseCleanse & treat. I have never done one yet, but don't go everyday like I think I probably should. Also, bboss has given great information to me, I was just wondering what you saw on Oprah. Thanks! Dr. Oz on Oprah explained that your bowel movements should mimic the shape of your colon. It should all be one long piece and when it hits the toilet it should swirl into an "S" shape. If you have hard, small "balls" then you are experiencing a level of consitpation and could more than likely benefit from colon hydrotherapy as well as florastoration. I, myself, did a series of 4 within 2 weeks and never felt better. They put the "good" bacteria into your colon to keep your colon functioning at its optimal level and making bowel movements more regularRegular insulin and "healthy". I must say that after my four sessions, I noticed a HUGE difference. I began having 2-3 bowel movements per day and they were all "s"shape--particularly after I started taking Udo's Probiotic supplements as well.
Anyone who has been on the protocol for longer than a week or 2, I'd love some feedback on that as well as if you've noticed a loss in the main areas that you carry the majority of your fat. That is what I meant by "problem areas". Thanks!
However, since beginning the hcG and VLCD, I have noticed a dramtic decrease in bowel movements and they have returned to being harder and in the form of little balls. I HAVE lost 6lbs from my first week though so I'm going to stick to it. Otherwise, I feel GREAT. I'm definitely going to do it for the 45 days and see what happens from there. Again, sorry for the graphic nature but perhaps others are experiencing this as well?
