I used to work with a doctor from India who laughed at everybody wanting B-12 shots. He said he could get rich opening a clinic and that nobody needs these unless they are truly anemic. Why do you want to take them?

Thank you for your input. I am seeking the shots first for weightloss, and secondly, I am really very anemic, so it might help me. I have very low energy to go by my daily activities, feeling fainting most of the time. My doctor has recommended iron tabs, but it does not work. I also need to loose about 70 pounds. I used to weigh 160 lbs, after having I now weigh 230lbs. I am only 5.8' tall. I need help!
