Hi Nina,

You can search for the manuscript by Dr. Simeons (hope I have spelled that correctly) on Yahoo. They have a nice site for people interested in this protocol and the manuscript explains the Hypothalmus and Diencephalon/weight/hormone connection.

Welcome to this site if you are new. Sorry the first response you got was so abrupt and negative.

Good luck learning about all this. It is rather fascinating!
