What are some of the side effects of B12 LIPOTROPIC injections. I have had pain in my hip and leg joints. The shots are given in the hip. Anyone else had these problems or know of a fix or resolution.
Also heard about the pill version, does that work as fast as the shots?

They also have the Lipoden which is B12 + Lipotropics + Myoden (which is much better for your body than the HCG)

Since I don't know where you get your product from or how your injections are being given, it's hard to tell you much.  But I DO know you have to stay on the outside quadrant of the hip.  I personally inject my own in my thigh.  I've never noticed any joint pain.
Also, I don't know about the purity of your product.  I buy mine at
www.mydietsolutions.com ....... I never have to worry about it being exactly what it says it is.  Awesome product and staff!  I give it 2 thumbs up!
