Could you please tell me why I keep seeing to different spelling for this medication. Topamax and Topomax (topamax). Which one is the correct one? I recently call my pain management doctor concerning the amount of weight that I have been gaining since he increased my Lyrica. He told me he was going to switch me to a new medicine that would even help me loose weight. I was just trying to see if this is what he was talking about, but he gave me a spelling of the drug as "Topamax".
