what to use for hair?

by LE07, Apr 26, 2007 12:00AM
What do you use to wash your hair if regular shampoo is not recomended?
I have dry skin, it would be tough for me to not use any lotion.
What do you guys do?

You can go to a healthfood store and purchase organic shampoo, conditoner and lotions; those would be ok to use....just not stuff with the "poisonous ingredients" that Kevin refers to if I'm not mistaken.

I have organic stuff, it still has fatty acids in it.  Just because it's organic doesn't mean that it doesn't contain organic.  I use baking soda for all my personal needs (my shampoo and conditoner, [it works wonders there], my body scrub, [great exfoilater], my toothpaste, [with H2O2], and last but not least my deorderant, [which is awesome, I use a little bit of water and spread it on. I will continue to use all of this when I come off. It's so healthy. Have you noticed that when you are at the beach how well every thing is when you are using the salt water to wash in. Your hair fixes so great, your skin has not breakout, well I challenge you to use baking soda for 2 days, not to mention a tub will last 2 to 3 weeks, and it's 0.97 cent,) no cosmetics or lotions.

The protocol states to not touch anything that has Fat in it because it reduces the effect of HCG.  Some people on here complain they are not losing weight and they are doing everything right, except this part.

You should also be able to use Arbonne Shampoo and Conditioner, they do not have any unsafe components in their products.

Yes, Arbonne products are safe.  They are botanically based, formulated in Switzerland.  I am a consultant.  I not only sell the products, I use the products.  Check out the website www.arbonne.com.  You will need a consultant referral ID in order to purchase anything online, so use mine 15888146.  I hope you enjoy.

Try Actrol from Redken or Kerastase has a line for dermo problems. Kerastase is more expensive but it leaves your hair in great condition. Some products are good for the scalp but leave you hair a little nasty. Backing soda can be good for you hair but it strips everything from your hair and scalp including oils, which is what helps keep them healthy. Sorry if non of these helps but I don’t know the reason why you can’t use  regular shampoo.
