Yep my belly - spare tyre is deffinetly the bit I want gone the most - but my thighs are prob next and my upper arms.... my chest Im kinda stuck with never gets smaller!
After the stomach I would say back and arms.
My youngest is now 9 years old, I can't say "I just had a baby" anymore... yeah, that excuse is growing up fast!
I'm really not sure. I thought it was my tummy while I was heavy but as I lost weight things I never dreamed would be a problem became a problem. My tummy is still not what I would like it to be but it's easier to hide than other things. My butt fell from grace and seems to have landed on the backs of my knees and I don't like sleeveless because of my arm jigglies. I'm trying to take it in stride and I'll take jigglies any day over being obese and unhealthy. I finally found a pair of jeans that really compliment my butt and I can leave it at cap sleeves for the summer.
jigglies - love that word - gave me a smile....
I have made a point not to look at my butt in the mirror so not sure what that looks like - but I hear you on the top of the arms bit....
I want my back to go first and then the stomach can be last oddly thats not what bothers me the most its my arms and legs and face right after my back.
I want to lose it all: Chin, upper arms, thighs, butt, calves, upper back! I want to be tight & toned. BUT, if I could name only ONE, I choose the belly. Especially now that I'm menopausal, it's the last place I see any fat loss. Even when I got down to 138 and was exercising 2 hours a day and putting on muscle definition everywhere else, I had an "abdominal fat apron". UGH!
BTW...is it some sort of scientific joke that the first place I LOSE weight is my breasts?? I mean if I gotta carry fat around, let it be there!!!!
We have a family friend who was always a big gal until her husband passed at 78. After his passing she decided to lose the weight. She yelled at her doctor the next time she saw him, because he congratulated her on losing weight. She said, "Oh sure my waist is smaller, but I've gone from a D to a B flat."
