Cellulite is fatty "pockets" that accumulate just below the skin. I don't know of any lotions that will really get rid of cellulite; nor will exercise. Exercise and a good diet should help you lose fat and/or tone muscles, which could diminish the appearance of cellulite.
I also must tell you that it's probably not going to happen "fast". Some lotions may "plump up" your skin which could also help diminish the appearance of cellulite.
There are a lot of exercises that you can watch online -- and require no equipment. Yoga is a good one; although there are a few items that are "suggested", they aren't essential. Also dancing is good exercise -- put on your favorite tunes and go for it. Walking is also very good exercise - probably the best and the only thing required is a good pair of walking shoes.
Hope this helps. Maybe someone else will have some other suggestions.
Lunges are very helpful in toning the thighs and butt. They will help decrease the celluite. However, it takes a few months of consistant lunges before you will see any results. I use to do 60 lunges every other day before I injured my neck. I'm trying to start them up again.
Here's a website explaining lunges. I do them without the weights.

Make sure you work out the entire body.
Speed walking and lunges! What a perfect combo! ♥ Anyways, good luck and it takes consistent effort in order to see results.
