Hi,
So after two kids 3 year old and 3 month old and two csections I am totally out of shape! UGH! During thr last 4 years I have put on 4 stone or 56 pounds but not just that my skins all loose and I just hate what looks back at me in the mirror :( every time I lose 10 pounds I end up putting it on again. Please can I have some advice on how to tone up and loose weight safely xxx

Hey when u say you have to eat enough to keep up the supply of breastmilk roughly how many calories is that? My daughter is 7wks and I'm breastfeeding on demand, my app has told me to eat 1100 calories a day?

I have had two csections too.  If you are like me you trying to balance everything, you are tired, and if you have a 3 mnth old you have no time for yourself yet.  My kids are 8, 5 and 17 mnths old.  It's hard to balance everything.  You can do it.  You have to remember this will not happen over night.  First are you breast feeding?  If so you have to make sure you are eating enough to maintain your supply.  Eat healthy protein, veggies and fruit.  I can tell you I have lost 30 lbs.  I don't deprive myself of anything but I do everything in moderation and I get my exercise in.  If your weather is nice take your little one in the stroller and go for a walk.

Take it one day at a time.
