A calculative and disciplined approach is vital for weight loss. There are many snacks which have less than 50 calories. Great snacks such as fruits, fruit juices, some protein bars, a glass of low fat milk, dried cramberries, jerky meat, dried bluberries, yogurts, raisins, almonds are good enough. But I would also suggest you snacks from the mesogeian diet (greek particulary) such as salad with tomato, cocumber, feta cheese, oregan olives and olive oil. Also, greek tacos which are basicly rusks with olive oil, sliced tomato oregan and feta cheese on the top WHICH is part of the Cretian dieting. (low fat and healthy). Or slices of smoked turkey with toast. I hope that they are useful to what youve been looking for.
