Thank you for joining MedHelp and for asking your question regard B-12 injections. The WL&D community members work together and support each other in losing weight by focusing on nutritional and balanced food choices via a variety of plans, implementing moderate and regular exercise and changing our behavior and ways of thinking about our relationship with food. Perhaps you will consider joining us in this endeavor and, in exchange, the members here will offer their assistance, share their knowledge, give their support and encouragement and make every attempt to keep you motivated and engaged in the process. The weight, exercise and mood trackers are most helpful and highly recommended.
If you would rather continue looking for B-12 injections as a way to lose weight, your question may be better served in the Weight Loss Alternative community. If you would like your post moved there, please let me know and I will do so.
Hoping you will consider joining the community as an active and regarded member. Very best wishes ...
Vitamin B12 is not generally considered a means of weight loss. I take vitamin B12 shots every 2 weeks because I actually have a deficiency (pernicious anemia) and trust me, it hasn't helped me to lose even one ounce.
We generally try to lose weight with diet and exercise.
