I agree 103 does not sound very overweight to me at all. In high school my mom would always make comments about me getting fat etc, etc and i look back at my pics from then and i was soooo skinny, i mean i was 110 pounds and size 3 all through high school. and it led to me to eat more and now i really am overweight and i can't believe i ever believed here and thought that i was fat too. My mom doesn't even say stuff like that to me now though. But please dont believe everything you hear, even if it is from your mom. I wish I didn't
I'm not real good with converting kg to pounds or cm to inches, but I come up with 103.4 lbs and 57.1". You are not over weight at all, so I wouldn't be too concerned. Sounds like you might just need to tone up the tummy a bit. Maybe add some weight training or yoga, a few crunches, etc.

Don't get stressed out by this. Keep on walking and taking exercise as much as you can, and try and keep to a low carb diet.
I went through a stage of being 51kg, but my height is 180. It really 'got' to me to be skinny, I have gained weight now - but you have to be careful about your mind-set, and PLEASE don't let it get to you.
