So this is an exersise i learned from when i was in the army it consists of 3 differant exersises.Which is called front back go's It was used for SMOKING US as they called it. When ever they felt we werent doing something right the used this excersise on us.
which is a very good exersise ill try and expalin it the best way i can
so the first is front PUSH UPS
second is FLUTTER KICKS
third is RUNNING IN PLACE
push ups, i would try to do push ups the right way but if its too much i would do them on your knees intill you can do them.
Flutter kicks-is where you lay on your back and your feet are off the ground about 6inches then you move your legs up in down but thet need to go the opposite way.
running in place is self explanitory(sp?)
But the key to this excersise is to be doing it without stopping also its a fast paced excersise. if you have a timer that would help alot. we had someone telling us when to switch so you will need to decide when its time to switch atleast every 30 seconds
