If your cheeks are the only thing chubby about you, you should get your thyroid levels tested. The tests you should ask for are TSH, Free T3, and Free T4.
Other than that, you can't "spot reduce"; if you lose weight in one place, you lose weight all over.
Lots of water and far away from soda. :) also exercise, sweating helps especially the face. Lay low on the sodium (retains/puffs us up) hope those few things can help :) congrats!
