I'm turning 17 in a week and I decided that its time I quit being a chubby teenager. I need help, though. I know that you have to burn more calories than you consume in order to lose weight. And I WANT to lose at least one pants size by the time school starts. But I'm still going to exercise and diet when school comes back. Anywho, I started riding my exercise bike last Tuesday and I had been riding it for an hour, and I started lifting weights(just 15 pound arm weights), annnnd I started doing sit ups. I do 100 sit ups a day now. OH, and I just recently started riding the exercise bike for two hours. I started that last night. I'm rambling, but help pleaseeee.
