I have tried a bunch of different things to keep me motivated like weightloss videos, exercise videos and before and after, but they only temporarily motivate me, and then I get off track and gin back what I lost
Did you watch this film titled drunken master? You see that little boy who ave the passion to learn martial art. it doesn't just happen easily. You don't learn to get motivated you cultivate it, develop it and make it a lifestyle.
Question one. Why do you want to lose weight? Two: Are you satisfied with your state? Three: What are those things you can't do away with in a day? Four: why do you love those things?
If you can answer these questions, you should try as much to put your weight loss plan before your number three answers.
