I am a young female trying to loose weight but I'm having a problem with the exercise part because I am on a walker an many other heath issue any advice please
You don't say why you use a walker. You say you're young, but you've got some diseases that are very rare among young people, such as gout. That's a disease of poor eating habits. You don't say why you have all these problems -- are you depressed an anxious first, or because of all the physical problems you have, for example. Why would a young person have arthritis so bad you have to use a walker -- is it RA? If you have all these conditions because of severe health conditions, then we're not going to be of much help. But one thing I can suggest is you look into aquatic aerobics -- it's done in the water, which should get rid of the walker problem. But the main thing is, from what you've said, you've got a lot of bad things going on but you haven't said why they're there, if you have a health condition that created them or if they're just there. We can tell you, arthritis responds better to movement than to being sedentary. There are foods that contribute to inflammation and foods that reduce it. You also haven't said how much medication you take and how much it affects your energy levels. I'm guessing if there are underlying health conditions you have that are causing all this, your doctors are the place to go to find your answer, not here.
