wha do i do

im not sure how to work this or that im just new on this but i need to ask a question my friend has desided to stop eatting and i dont no what to do she has not ate in 2weeks and she is losing weight what should i do how long can a body go with out food and she will only drink the odd cup of coffee

Your friend does need immediate attention.  Our bodies must have food in order to maintain life.  If you can talk her into going to a county hospital, calling a crisis line for their input, or a parent/family member to help her get assistance .. wonderful.  

If all this fails, you can call Social Services and make a report that there is a child in need of assistance and they will launch an investigation and get her the help she needs.  

Please let us know how she is doing .. we are concerned.

The best thing you can do for your friend is tell her closest relative so that they can get her help. She is doing harm to herself and will need to be admitted so that she can get the help she needs.

My husband says about 3 weeks. Ya need food. I bet you anything she is eating secretly. The body will die at 3 weeks, it will become weak and none functional before then. She needs to be monitored so that she can get help.
