I'm overweight and just starting out dieting. I just want to know of any tips that would be helpful, I'm in high school, so there are a lot of temptation! Any help on anything from healthy tips to exercising would be appreciated, thanks!
I'm in high school too so I get where you're coming from. I used to be really athletic but I kinda fell out of that and I've gained weight now. The best way is cardio but that's not always easy and especially not fun. If you have a gym membership or access to an elliptical or stair climber those are the ones I like the most. If you can't do that just try walking, then increase milage, then try jogging as long as you can and walking what you can't. Just build stamina and try doing something like listening to music while you do it. It really helps.
