haha yup qb/wr/cb/kicker/punter......gaining muscle, losing the fat
hmmm... i just though of something....
you're trying to LOOSE weight for football?!?! you must be quarter back? or am i missing something?
yeah!
I will be healthy =)
I'm just wondering cause my metabolism (knock on wood) is absolutly lovely. I eat alot of junk food and alot of fatty foods... but yet gain very little. I'm assuming (based on the last time i dieted) that when i cut out the junk and start excersizing more the weight will melt off like it did last time. for the first couple of weeks anyway until my metabolism re-adjusts itself. Then i have to work a little harder =) but we will see, lol anyway i added the weight tracker so before i boast too much about my metabolism i'll wait till next weeks weigh in ;)
haha ya football is my life.....but anyways it all depends really....you can lose more than three pounds if you are doing it in a healthy manner without depriving yourself, making yourself vomit,etc.....if you've ever seen that show called The Biggest Loser, they usually lose 10-20 lbs a week! granted all are very much obese so that much weight is nothing...but in our case we will probably only lose 1-3 lbs because we are on the smaller side......JUST REMEMBER HEALTHY WAY IS ALWAYS THE BEST WAY IN THE LONG TERM!!!!!
lol... that's fairly serious football for a 13 year old!!! You must not be bad at all =)
Sunday weigh ins eh? lol lucky me, i JUST missed it ;)
So if i can loose more then 3 pounds a week (without starving myself or being completly irrational) i shouldnt... right? =P
hey! ya you sound just like me but i'm losing it for football season....i'll chat with you definetely plus there are always nice people on here and there are sunday weigh-ins and all kinds of good stuff lol......and a healthy way to lose weight would be 1-3 lbs a week....so for 20 pounds about 10 weeks......
