You are so welcome to join in - it is all about accountability - by posting here daily that you have done at least 30 sit ups you should remember to actually do them :)

Well I have been good again and done my 30 sit ups - see it is good for me to be held accountable by this post lol
hahaha don't worry and looks like it is just you and me doing it - I was happy to seover 1lb weight drop today and the only thing I did different was to add the sit ups and a few standing push ups ....every little bit really does help hey!

Hey... we just need to decide on a weekly challenge - then every week make a commitment to do that thing every day and post daily on how well (or not) you did with it... just adds soemthing else to think about or obsess on instead of food and calories and meals and snacks...best to pick something that anyone can do at home -
