Tried following the link provided for the cardio yoga, but for some reason I couldn't get the video to play; however, my blood sugars, although pretty high a couple times today, were relatively stable and I actually had energy to WORK OUT, after a 15 minute "power nap" while the other 2 in the house napped off the turkey dinner for most of the afternoon!! Hubby not feeling well, which really made for a rough day as he's so hard to be around when he's not feeling good - just wants attention, which doubles the stress factor.
Anyway, I did 40 min on Wii Fit and took the dogs for 30 min walk, in addition to all the prep and cleanup involved with cooking a turkey dinner with all the trimmings, with no help. Ok - I know, I'm going to break my arm if I don't quit trying to pat myself on the back!!
Hope everyone had a great "turkey day". Now I'm tired and headed to bed very soon.

WoW .. this is an astounding workout! I'm going to clear the room where I have to work and get right to this one! Absolutely LoVe the idea of yoga and cardio together .. who would have thought!
