My breakfast was at 4:30 this morning and consisted of 2 eggs cooked in olive oil and a slice of whole wheat toast (280 cal total). Next meal was at 7:30 am and consisted of a sandwich with 2 slices bread (100 cal) and 2 slices of fat free ham (40 cal). At 10:30 I had a snack pack with walnuts, almonds, peanuts (170 cal) and for lunch, I am now having Campbells bean w/bacon soup (350 cal). Supper will probably be an apple (80 cal). Grand total for the day < 1100 cal. So far, I have logged 3.5 miles on my pedometer, still have 1.5 hrs to work, then will do at least another mile walking dogs after work!! That will be a total of over 5 miles and according to my gastroenterologist, 1 mile burns approx 100 calories - hhmm - that's 1/2 of my 1000 calories for the day, then figuring what I need to keep going - well, there should be a deficit there!!
I ain't wearin' no CLOWN SUIT.......................
I'm in too! Made myself have some awesome whole wheat toast and boiled egg for breakfast (breakfast IS my friend...breakfast IS my friend). ; ) Off to a roaring start. Now where's the mini doberman that needs his long walk? There he is....chewing on something he shouldn't be no doubt. LOL

THIS CHICK IS NOT GONNA LOSE ANYTHING BUT WEIGHT!
He better brush up on his dance steps, that's all I can say.
I'm getting ready to have a low-fat yogurt and a boiled egg for breakfast. Then, I'll go drive my first bus route. After that, I'll go to the Y and do 2-3 miles on the treadmill at a quick pace, unless there's a cycling class at the hour I'm there...
