I'll try and check out yoga (I'd have to see if any of my friends would wanna go lol I have terrible social anexity and just the thought of going yoga alone makes me nervous.
It's just so hard for me to find exercises that don't physically hurt, ya know?
A few backs, I was in a 5 car pile up and the drivers seat broke and slide back, hitting my legs, and these disks in my legs are all wonky now, and rub together and cause quite a bit of swelling and pain. And from being rear ended, twice (technically four times, but I won't get into that lol) gives me lots of back trouble too (I'm still doing some physical therpy for all this), but I'll try looking into yoga :3
I totally agree with ShyTeen. You can't spot reduce; you can either lose weight all over or do exercises to "tone" your muscles.
Walking is always a good choice; yoga is another. Yoga is based on proper breathing, relaxation, stretching; it will lengthen you muscles and make you look sleek and slim all over.
