On the same boat, for me I want to snack on sugary things, just eat some veggies drink a lot of water, heck chew on some ice lol hope that helps goodluck!!
Thank you. Me and my daughter just started doing TAPOUT XT exercise. I do drink alot of water. But when ever I get stresses out I just feel like eating. I'ts a terrible feeling and I hate it. I live in Miami,Fl and just getting to stressful for me here. Wish I can move But don't know where to. I have 3 kids there 16,15,&13. They don't want to leave there school. My husband is unemployed.And I have a daughter (15 years old ) is disabled,she was born with hydrocephalus.
There's a few things that might help. You can exercise until thr craving goes away, like 10 mins. You try crunching carrots instead. Or you could postpone your craving then eat a small amount of what your craving. Drinking lots of water will help too, so you feel full. If you do cheat just start again. Don't give up and good luck! You can do it!
