Lucey .. Love, love, love your sparkling attitude, advice and encouragement! Another fun cold treat that replaces ice cream .. is 20 cal SF popsickles, 40 cal SF creamsickles and 35 cal SF fudgesickles. Gonna look for the frozen yogurt when I go to the store ... many thanks!

The custard cup this was I can usually never finish whats in a normal sized bowl and feel over stuffed if I do,so if I only see X amount of food, Im going to savor it more and not just woof it down. I encourage everyone to try it. Chapmans frozen yogurt is 60 calories per 1/2 cups o I know that I can either have that, or not even a whole lindt ball for that amount. Hmm one bit or 10? 10!! By the way, frozen yogurt, low call is the way to go, have it when you want Ice cream, it makes a difference.

Love the idea with the custard cup and measuring can be crucial! My larger dinner plates and regular cereal bowls are no longer used ... I use the fruit cups and the smaller salad plates for my regular dishes now.
