Hi yeahh all I drink is water and I dont drink any forms of hot drinks I have three meals a day all set at a calorie intake and trying to do foods with 5% or less fat. And I do write everything down as doing the 1200 calories a day.

I will advice you to keep your dietary journal and avoid junk food to meet your fitness goals. Break meals in small meals, drink more water than routine and have green tea daily.
Yeahh thankyou thats so helpful .. for the last couple of days I have been sticking to a strict 1200 calories a day and have done well so far and yeah I have been throwing in exercise.
You'll need to add exercise to your routine, as well.
When you're going to be out and about, you should make sure you eat a good healthy meal before you leave home. This could be a protein shake, made with protein powder, Greek yogurt and some fruit. This will keep you from getting hungry while you're doing your errands. It's much better to eat at home, whenever possible, because it's too tempting to make bad choices when you opt for the nearest drive through; for instance, it's a lot easier to eat a burger and fries, while driving down the road, than it is to eat a salad.
Yeahh thought about doing that. I have never dieted before but after having my son it is a must do. Thankyou so much for the help :)
Most restaurants have healthy choices, including must fast food chains..you may want to consider packing and taking along your own meals for when you are out and about running errands and such
