exercise for bad backs

Hi, I have hypermobility which causes all my joints and bones to hurt when I exercise, does anyone know of anything which could help this? Or exercises which wouldn't hurt as much? As I tend to avoid exercise due to the pain which hinders me from losing weight. Help would be greatly appreciated!

There are a lot of videos on YouTube that you can watch for free before you buy any dvd's or anything.  You don't have to try to keep up with the "leader", because they're all seasoned yoga performers.  Just do the best you can and you get better as you go.

Talk to your doctor about doing yoga.  It's great for weight loss, yet you can ease into it, as your body allows.  The other thing is walking.  Walking is one of the all around most effective exercises there is and most people can do it, if only for short periods.
