You don't have to work out hard in order to lose weight, but you do have to get some exercise. Calculate the number of calories you need each day, just to stay alive, then subtract about 500 calories or subtract 250 and use up 250 more.
Focus on protein and complex carbs, such as those found in veggies, whole grains, etc. as those will fill you up and because they take longer for the body to break them down, you will feel fuller longer.
Eating several small meals works for some, doesn't work for others.
y ask the docter. Your judt waisting your money. You want to lose 35 kg. You have to train hard and eat vlesn. No excuses. Dmsll portioned meals .. have 3 main meals and 3 snacks. It is recommended to have 1 fruit and 5 serves of veggies but small portions. Drink 1.5-2 litres of water a day.
