Im walking 3 times a day and choosing to walk or run the long way up a slight steep incline with the children... is there anything else I can do with children around as finding it difficult
Yeah I think it is 14 in a stone and then 6 lbs so yeah 20lb

I dont eat bread and very little pasta...
I try to eat fruit but never actually do...
I don't eat nuts as I don't like them and I don't think I eat seeds .. and I dunno about the healthy fats

Whole grain breads and pastas are good for you; it's just the ones made with white flour that aren't good for you.
Even if you aren't drinking a lot of juice, it's not good for you like whole fruit is. You don't have to eat a lot of fruit - just one serving/day is good enough.

19 different vegetables. . Its a very small amount that I have of fruit juice. .and its not all I have For breakfast I have porridge or rice crispys with semi slimmed milk

What do you mean you have 19 vegetable for tea? You eat 19 different vegetables for tea or 19 pieces of vegetables?
Fruit juice is not the best thing to have - it's mostly empty calories. You should eat whole fruit, instead because you'll get a lot more vitamins/minerals, plus you get the fiber from the fruit, itself. When you drink just the juice, you get mostly sugar. Aside from that, a glass of juice is not enough for breakfast. You need something with it, even if it's just 1/2 cup of cereal with milk and a slice of whole grain toast or some oatmeal or scrambled eggs.
While the foods you're eating may be healthy, you aren't eating in a healthy manner. Are you eating any whole grains, nuts, seeds, healthy fats, dairy, etc? Those are all necessary for a balanced diet. It sounds like your body is starving and your metabolism has slowed down to compensate for the lack of food coming in.
Your largest meal of the day should be breakfast and your smallest meal of the day should be dinner, with healthy snacks between each meal.
I cant eat that many calories if Iv cut out all junk and sweet stuff .. I can do maybe 1010-1050 im allowed 1302 using the diet diary

1000 calories is not enough. A grown woman should never eat less than 1200 calories/day. If you eat too few calories, your metabolism actually slows down because there isn't enough food coming in.
You should be eating lots of veggies and a serving of fruit each day, with plenty of protein.

I eat very little carbs ... iv cut out junk and im having the odd coke maybe 2 cans a month if that

Not everyone can tolerate an 1800 calorie diet. If I ate that much every day, I'd gain so much weight it wouldn't be funny, because I'm a small person.
You have to give up junk food, sodas, simple carbs, etc.
For exercise try doing some weight training. You don't have to carve out big blocks of time. Just a few minutes here and there is all it takes to do some leg lifts, lunges, etc using your own body weight. Check out YouTube for some ideas.
Try reducing your calorie intake. I was having the same problem. I reduced my calorie intake to 1800 and I am slowly melting the pounds. Don't give up anything, just count calories.
Right thanks ... yeah I started to get kids to run every so often when walking .... I try to do. Other things but I dont have time everyday .. what would you advise to do
You have to walk fast enough to get your heart rate up and keep it up for a while... walking slow is not going to help you lose weight. Have you tried interval training? That's a few of minutes of walking, alternating with a couple minutes of running/sprinting. Either that or 30-45 minutes of a brisk walk, but you have to change up your exercise because if you do the same thing every day, your body comes expect that as simply routine.
Thanks .. I don't know what pintrest is sorry... I just find it hard to find time .. I walk as slow as I can for time .. I do the school run 3 times a day so can only walk so slow with school times so there not late .. but I will try to walk a bit slower see if it makes a difference
