I do NOT recommend weight loss drugs - many of them are not safe and IF you lose weight on them, you will most likely gain it back (+ some) when you stop taking it. You need to eat healthy foods and get a moderate amount of exercise. If apidexin makes you hyper, stop taking it...........
If you think you gained weight unreasonably, you should talk to your doctor to make sure you don't have medical issues, such as hypothyroidism, insulin resistance, PCOS, etc.......
BTW -- if your boyfriend is 6'1" and doesn't weigh much more than 115 lbs, he's most likely underweight........you can't compare yourself to another person because the height, exercise levels, metabolism, etc will be different......
I'm only 5" tall and weight 140 -- yep, I'm overweight, but I have a thyroid disease AND I'm old enough to be your grandmother -- I can't compare myself to you......even though I continue to lose weight in order to get back to what's "normal" for me......
Im 19, 5'1 and weigh 115. I use to weigh 99lbs a year ago, then dramatically gained 16bls fast, that's not normal for me, Ive always been so small and tiny. and Im much larger then all my friends, i almost weigh as much as my bf and he's 6'1, it just makes me feel self conscience. So i bought apidexin, an it makes me ultra hyper. do u think it should work for me even though Im not totally over weight?
I'm sorry to say that most weight loss drugs are bad for you... Yes, it will probably help you lose weight, but it's not necessarily safe or healthy and once you stop using it, you will most likely gain back everything you lose, plus some....
We'd love to have to stay with us and learn to lose weight the healthy way.
Good luck.........
