Thats never my problem. Breakfast is my most favorite meal of the day. I would suggest maybe something like oatmeal and you cna put fruit in the oatmeal too. Oatmeal is a pretty good start to the day. I eat it with rasins and bananas.
I used to be like that,But Breakfast is the most important Meal of the day,
Fruit is ok but wont be very filling on its own try adding a yoghurt and a sprinkle of ceriel on the top like musili, or rice crispies,
Also you can make oats with milk or water and sprinkle that with fruit and seeds thats my favurite at the moment.
I have also heard people have boiled eggs or some other cooked breakfast, personally a cooked breakfast does not appeal to me, but its what suits you that counts,
