I think geekgirl gave you excellent information.  You definitely are at a stage in which medication induced abortion will work.  Call your ob or go straight to a planned parenthood and skip that step.  Life happens and no one walks in your shoes.  Wishing you all the best and here to talk if you need it.  good luck

Hi there.  If they have confirmed pregnancy, you can abort now.  Look up clinics in your area and call for information.  You tried to end this with the morning after pill but perhaps took it too late.  You also can talk to your doctor and can do the prescribed pills (have to be given to you by a doctor) to end the pregnancy.

It's your choice and for some, having a baby isn't the right thing at that particular time in your life.  Here to help if you need it hon.

I will be contacting a gynecologist right away considering my situation and your advice.

You should ask your doctor about the medication. It is much easier and has been proven very effective during such an early stage of pregnancy. Do you have access to a gynecologist so you can make an appointment?

It all depends on where you live, but generally you can make an appointment with a clinic or OB right away. A medication induced termination is almost always successful at such an early stage and though it can be uncomfortable (cramping, bleeding) it isn't invasive in any way and doesn't have long term effects on your body.
Nobody here should be preaching. You have no idea what her situation is. She asked for advice, not judgment or what you think are should do instead.

Call your OBGYN and ask if they can help you or you can find your local planned parenthood and make an appointment with them.

I think you need to be at least 5-6 weeks but I'm not 100% sure.  I know the cut off is 12 weeks then it's dangerous to do so. I understand this is none of my business but I'm in the stages of possibly having a misscariage and this message actually bought a tear to my eye. Make sure you think about what your doing first. Friends and family will understand and eventually be ok with it

You can abort with a chemical abortion before 10 weeks. It's a pill that you take that makes your uterus contract. After ten weeks you have to get a d&c which is considered an out patient surgical procedure

Personally I could never have a abortion, and have lost babys too so it's hard to read a post like this, you had unprotected sex and knew the risk you were taking. However I will never ever judge a person on their decisions and just wish you the best. All I will say is if you really are going to do this, do it sooner than later, that baby is growing all the time and the longer you leave it the worst it will be for yourself also, and make sure you take precautions in future so you don't have to make a decision like this again.

Go for adoption there's someone that can't have babies.even tho some won't get adopted but please don't get an abortion that's not the only option you have. That baby deserves to live. Just think about it
