Hi there. Well, no. This does not sound like leukemia. Here's an overview of that and why you don't fit the symptoms of that terrible disease. https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/acute-lymphocytic-leukemia/symptoms-causes/syc-20369077.
So, what IS going on? Having low vitamin D can increase risk of also have anemia. Both can be remedied. You can increase your time in the sun (use sunscreen) which gives a jolt of Vitamin D, you can eat Vitamin D rich foods as well and you can take a supplement to get additional Vitamin D. Anemia may improve with those things. And to treat anemia, you can eat things high in iron like dark leafy greens (spinach) and here is a list of food options to add to your diet. https://www.webmd.com/diet/iron-rich-foods#1. Of you take a multi vitamin, it should also supplement your dietary iron needs. Do not add an iron supplement without first talking to your doctor.
High platelets are also not uncommon with anemia. It is what is called "reactive" thrombocytosis. It's in relationship to the anemia. Again, remedied by treating the anemia.
Also, check your B12 level (anemia can also be related to a deficit in that).
I'd either talk to a nutritionist or work on this yourself to improve but it SHOULD get better with a little effort. What kinds of physical symptoms are you having if any?
