Hi there. Ugh,  crop tops and bloating.  Well, I don't wear crop tops anymore (too old for that) so don't have this problem . . .   but, no one likes to feel bloated.  Drink LOTS of water which always helps.  I've never used it but over the counter MIDOL says it will help with bloating.  Eat things that are natural diuretics such as citrus fruits, peaches, leafy greens such as spinach or kale.  good luck
