I just had an SA done, I had 92% normal spermatozoa, 0% motility and a low sperm count. is there any hope for me to father
I began taking Fertilaid in Jan after not being able to get pregnant for two years. I got pg the end of Jan. My husband also started taking zinc. I am now 7 weeks pregnant. I truly believe it helped us.
I agree with the above comment. I've read that Vitex (or chasteberry) is very good for fertility and women's reproductive health. It is also the key ingredient in most of those expensive fertility aids (such as Fertility Blend).

Re: zinc and sperm count:
Causes & Development; Risk Factors
Causes for male infertility (low sperm count) include tight-fitting jeans and underwear that heat the scrotum and testes, thereby inhibiting sperm production. Very hot baths may hasten the death of sperm. Environmental pollution from cigarette smoke, heavy metals (lead, mercury, arsenic), pesticides, solvents, toxic chemicals, aflatoxin (a fungus found on peanuts and grains), and synthetic estrogens in poultry and dairy feed all interfere with sperm formation and protection. In a study of 100 males, aflatoxin levels in infertile men were 60% higher than in fertile men.
Marginal zinc status is associated with poor sperm count and motility (especially if testosterone levels are low).
Treatment & Prevention
Zinc supplementation improves both sperm count and testosterone levels.

Some things we have researched includes a combination of amino acids, Vitamin E, and ginseng to help not only with motility but strength of sperm.
As far as women, I have no idea. There are so many herbal supplements that claim to help, but their validity is always up for debate.
